TERRY STEPHENS
Apostle Terry Stephens II is a powerful apostolic and prophetic leader being used of God to usher in a fresh perspective concerning Kingdom government and leadership in an effort to bring the body of Christ together for the last days stand. He operates with a unique revelatory anointing that focuses on breaking the chains of religion and tradition. With a military perspective, Apostle Stephens is passionate about fivefold ministry leadership with a kingdom agenda.
While serving in the United States Army and deployed to Iraq, God began giving Apostle Stephens the vision for Truth & Wholeness Ministries. Led by the Spirit of God, Truth & Wholeness Ministries is to resemble the Army through cultural diversity, developing leaders, and establishing a distinct kingdom culture. Truth & Wholeness Ministries was birthed in June 2011 and continues to grow and expand its territory. Apostle Stephens has a heart for the prodigal sons of the Kingdom and is committed to bringing the restoration message to all hearers. Apostle Stephens is a member of the Network of Local Churches (NLC) established by Apostle Lafayette Scales of Rhema Christian Center in Columbus, Ohio. He is also a member of the Fellowship of Bible Centered Ministries established by Apostle Mark Jones of The Center for Manifestation in Tampa, Florida.
In 2016 Apostle Stephens was led by God to change the name of Truth & Wholeness Ministries to Manifestation Church. And in 2020 Apostle Stephens and his wife Lady J established Bridges to Life Community Services a not-for-profit organization committed to building families and connecting resources.
Apostle Stephens has written several books. Namely Jesus Our Fivefold Ministry Leader, God’s Business Plan, Biblical Prescriptions for Life’s Troubles, and Discipline and Direction – God’s Leadership Style. He also has several ministry training manuals that accompany his ministry academy, called Kingdom Equipment Academy. Apostle Stephens is passionate about kingdom leadership, team ministry, and equipping the body of Christ to use the Kingdom Equipment God has given us to achieve excellence in Kingdom ministry and leadership to the world.
As a military man of over 25 years, Apostle Stephens likes to refer to his calling as a spiritual boot camp where he births kingdom citizens, equips them to achieve wholeness, then sends them for kingdom advancement. With his wife Lady Janet Stephens and their blended family of six children Janeyce, Janique, Tre, Jaylin, Andre, and Maya, Apostle Stephens is on a mission to see all men realize the abundant life Jesus came to give.

Janet Stephens
Lady Janet Stephens was born December 22, 1977 to Elder Jerry and Evangelist Jeanette Sanders, founding pastors of True Vine Church of Apostolic Faith in Urbancrest, Ohio. Elder Jerry Sanders went early to be with the Lord in 2005 and Evangelist Jeanette Sanders in 2011. It was there, under the tutelage of her parents that she learned ground floor ministry, leadership, servanthood, administrative skills and how to rightly divide the word of Truth. She is honored to be a servant under the dynamic, anointed five-fold ministry of Apostle Terry Stephens II of Truth and Wholeness Ministries, who is also her husband. There she is being nurtured and driven to walk in purpose and destiny. Lady Stephens is a servant at heart and assists the ministry in any facet she can. Lady Stephens has been called to minister to women, men and youth alike, and has had the opportunity to share her ministry at conferences, retreats and gatherings all over Ohio. Lady Stephens’ latest honor was being asked to write a foreward for the newly, soon to be released book entitled: Church Gossip by Kelli Bolton. Lady Stephens is anointed to bring a fresh, revelatory word in practical terms, that causes God’s people to walk in Victory everyday.
Lady Stephens has a bachelors degree from The Ohio State University in social and behavior science and graduated from her studies in Biblical Counseling in April 2009 under the direction of Dr Sandy and Apostle Greg Burkett of Marion Christian Center/Breakthrough Ministries. Her secular job is with Franklin County Children Services as a case worker, however her first ministry is to her blended family of 6 children alongside her husband. Janet has a heart for the unchurched and those who need to return to God. She has developed a love for teaching the word of God and is passionate about everyone learning about their purpose in life, establishing a vision for their life, and walking in destiny. Lady Stephens has served in many areas of ministry administratively, teaching, preaching and in song. Despite many challenges, you can tell in her smile that the Joy of the Lord is her strength, and that weeping had its night season but that her morning has come! Lady Stephens is anointed and called to the hurt, broken, and barren to release a word of life, to set the captives free and bring a word of healing and restoration to the Body of Christ.
